Welcome to Jackson’s Underworld, were you’ll uncover the soft underbelly of the most impressive animatronics and props not found in any other haunt in Michigan. As you trudge through the massive 30,000 sq ft, keep to the path, we wouldn’t want you to get lost. FAQ's
Q: I have a heart condition, would I be ok in the haunt?
A: Any health condition that is affected by extreme anxiety, climbing, strobe lights and loud noises, should refrain from entering the haunt. Also, due to certain high voltage devices running in the haunt, ABSOLUTELY NO PACEMAKERS!
Q: Are the tickets good any night? 
A: Yes, any tickets purchased in this season are good any night we are open.
Q: Will the monsters touch me?
A: If you don’t touch them, they won’t touch you.
Q: Are you open rain or shine?
A: Yes, all of our attractions are inside and we have covered waiting.
Q: I only made it part way through the haunt and had to be let out a bail exit because I was to scared to continue. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, we provide a simple service, you pay us to scare you and our creatures ensure that it happens. NO REFUNDS once the ticket has been purchased.
